Our Story

We are a proud, family-run business based in Howdon, Wallsend, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Scentaholic first opened its retail doors in December 2019, quickly becoming a local favorite for home fragrance, bath, and body products.

Our business has been built entirely on trust, loyalty, and the incredible support of our local community, especially as we all stuck together during the difficult times of the pandemic.

Because of that bond, we were deeply honored in October 2022 when an amazing customer nominated us for the Heart of the Community Awards. After being shortlisted to the final three by the judging panel, we were completely blown away to receive thousands of votes from our customers and go on to win the award. It is an achievement that will always hold a special place in our hearts, and it drives our passion to continue supporting local businesses and serving our community every single day. Thanks to our amazing community, we quickly outgrew our original space! Today, we operate out of a massive 2,000 sq ft manufacturing and retail unit in Wallsend. We handle all our manufacturing in-house, and our shop is open to the public 6 days a week for walk-in browsing and local click-and-collect.
